Vehicle Data Logger (VDL-100)
VDL-100 is a latest innovation in the field of GPS technology. It is the state of art GPS Vehicle Tracking System with Vehicle Data Logging Facilities. The unit is stand alone (No wiring except power) and can be installed in any vehicle with in seconds. Once placed In a vehicle the unit would store the location of the Vehicle along with time and speed of travel using the built-in GPS (Global Positioning System).
VDL-100 has a memory to store 90,000/ location information in it. The rate of storage is also Programmable in terms of time and distance travel. e.g store position after every 15sec or after travel distance of 30m.The units comes with a backup battery which can operate it for 15 hrs.
The stored data can be accessed by a PC /Laptop using Blue tooth dongle installed in the computer, the access range is 10M. Once the date is read into a PC the entire distance traveled is visible on a map with date and time , The date and time is received through GPS and can not be tempered.
It would also be visible at what speed the vehicle was traveling during the route and were the vehicle stopped. The Device can serve as a low cost alternative for online Vehicle tracking as it does not have any operational expense and the service is totally free of cost .Besides the unit price is also very economical with one year warranty.
